Collection: Holland Scents Candles

In 2018, my husband and I bought a fixer-upper in my Dutch hometown—dreaming not just about the space we'd create, but the feeling we wanted to share: a home where people feel loved, safe, and welcome.

At the center of it all is our kitchen island, where we've celebrated milestones, welcomed our twins, and gathered with the people we love. In that mix, there was always a candle lit.

Just off the kitchen sit my great-great-grandmother's wooden shoes, worn when she immigrated in 1881. That heritage inspired Holland Scents—a candle line built to embody our heritage, our scents, our memories, and to be a light for others.

Hand-poured with soy wax from local Iowa growers, our candles burn cleaner and longer.
